What's the problem? Have you tried to reboot your device to have a try? Please make sure your firewall setting not block our IP addresses.

Do not update toyota. New toyota update has many faults.

Did you register the device? Can not do update s if NOT registered.

Is it your operating system version? If it is, your system version is too old. Please take a picture of your system version: System Setting->About tablet page to support@autel.com. And our tech support will help you out.
